Accuracy & Site Content

We strive to provide accurate information on this website. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. Information is provided "as is," and users are encouraged to verify details independently before relying on them.

Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds

If a service is canceled by the user:

72+ hours before travel: Minimum $30 or 10% of the booking amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

48–72 hours before travel: Minimum $30 or 15% will be deducted.

24–48 hours before travel: Minimum $30 or 50% will be deducted.

Less than 24 hours: No refund is issued.

Booking Declined (non-availability): 10% of the booking amount is deducted, and the rest refunded within 72 hours.

Amendments: Requested 24+ hours before service are subject to a 50% additional charge. Requests less than 24 hours are treated as "No-Show," with no changes allowed.

Refunds: Promotional code bookings are non-refundable.

Natural disruptions (e.g., adverse weather) are subject to standard refund policies.

For any changes or cancellations, you must email booking@birdyassist.com with the details of your request.

Delays

For delays beyond three hours, additional hourly charges will apply if service coverage is extended. Users must notify Birdy Assist for any delay updates to ensure appropriate arrangements.
