Welcome to Birdy Assist ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at www.birdyassist.com (together or individually "Service") and all services provided by Birdy Assist.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Birdy Assist provides airport assistance services, transfer services, and visa processing services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and assist services at all Egypt airport, Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport
  • Transfer services within Egypt, Dubai and the UAE
  • Dubai visa application processing and assistance

The specific details, inclusions, and exclusions of each service will be provided at the time of booking and confirmed in your booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, via email, or by telephone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Birdy Assist.

3.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.

3.3 Prices and Fees

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Additional fees may apply for services requested outside of the standard service package.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund minus administrative fees
  • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Birdy Assist

In the rare event that Birdy Assist needs to cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative service of equal or greater value.

4.3 Flight Delays and Changes

For meet and assist services, we monitor flight arrivals and will adjust our service timing accordingly without additional charge. For significant changes to flight times, please notify us as soon as possible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information when making a booking
  • Ensuring all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and meet the requirements of the UAE
  • Arriving at the designated meeting point at the agreed time
  • Complying with all UAE laws and regulations during the provision of our services
  • Notifying us of any special requirements or needs at the time of booking

6. Visa Services Disclaimer

While we provide assistance with visa applications, the issuance of visas is at the sole discretion of the UAE immigration authorities. Birdy Assist cannot guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for visa rejections.

In the event of visa rejection, refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, less any administrative fees and costs incurred.

7. Limitation of Liability

Birdy Assist's liability is limited to the cost of the services booked. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Delays or service disruptions due to factors beyond our control (including but not limited to weather conditions, security alerts, or airport operational issues)
  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the provision of our services
  • Denial of entry to the UAE by immigration authorities

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Birdy Assist or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. and Egypt as well

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
